Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
Life happens and I completely understand that so if you need to cancel or reschedule I’m happy to do so. Please do so within 48 hours or it is considered a no-show and it will be noted.
If you have a total of 2 cancellations or no-shows, you will no longer be able to book future appointments.
No-show fees
A no-show of same-day cancellation will result in a $25 fee or (50% of your service) and this fee must be paid ASAP and before booking future appointments.
Refunds
Refund will not be issued if you are unsatisfied please speak up during your appointment. My goal is to have you feeling like the Queen you are and I’ll be happy to fix anything that needs fixing.
